Every year Saudi Maritime & Logistics Congress creates ways to share innovation in maritime, one of these ways being exhibition stands. We strive to provide an effective way for you to network face-to-face, promote your brand with eye-catching designs and carry a bit of your organisation to the congress. We are proud of being the biggest maritime event in KSA that allow these invaluable connections to occur, but we are conscious of the resources it takes to create the amount of stands we do.

In comes our Better Stands Scheme. We believe in eliminating the waste from these single-use stands whilst offering world-class designs with a second life.

What this means for you

Our mission is to eliminate single-use disposable stands at Saudi Maritime & Logistics Congress, replacing them with sustainable, reusable solutions that not only reduce waste but also enhance the overall event experience. To support our journey towards sustainability and guide exhibitors, we've partnered with Better Stands to offer tiered, achievable goals. We encourage all space-only exhibitors to aim for at least Bronze status in 2026.

Disposable, single-use stands are often made of poorer quality and burnt or sent to a landfill after an event takes place. Better Stands brings a new lease of life to stands with higher quality materials and reusability. This will reduce the waste produced and improve the ease, safety, and sustainability of Saudi Maritime & Logistics Congress.  These new and improved stands will offer reduced costs, better exhibitor experiences and stress-free build and breakdown. A win-win for all.

At Saudi Maritime & Logistics Congress, we are committed to phasing out all single-use stands by 2030 as part of our sustainability initiative. We recognise that achieving this objective is a gradual process, and we are dedicated to supporting our exhibitors every step of the way.

To facilitate this transition, we have introduced tiers and encourage all exhibitors to achieve at least Bronze Status by 2026. By choosing a sustainable stand solution now, you not only contribute to a greener future but also align with the industry's evolving standards.
